You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal Only. You must use your primary PayPal email address and have a Premiere or Business PayPal account to receive any payments. We Use Instant payment, that means that you get paid direct from your Referral. The Lead Magnet is not Liable to pay out any commissions if you not meet this requirements

Free Members are allowed to have 1 account.

EMAILS
By joining The Lead Magnet YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER REFERRAL EMAILS AND SOLO ADS FROM theleadmagnet.com@gmail.com or bounce@theleadmagnet.com. Please add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from theleadmagnet.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, The Lead Magnet promotions or anything that The Lead Magnet needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back The Lead Magnet a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
The Lead Magnet is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet. The Lead Magnet does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from The Lead Magnet. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of The Lead Magnet. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we seem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold The Lead Magnet liable for any items or policies within this program. It's Your responsibility to cancel any PayPal subscription you may have when you decide not to use any of our services, upgrades or if you delete your account in The Lead Magnet. Jv accounts is an agreement between The Owner Stefan Berg and the Member. All Jv Accounts will always be direct under Admin

Refunds
Normally we don't do refunds since our digital downloads alone is worth way more then you pay for the OTO. There might be a strong reason for a refund, (someone used your credit card, hacked your PayPal etc.) Submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund. Send us your payment information and your reasons for the refund. We will then have a look at your request. Each member are responsible for his or her payments and refunds, since we have direct, instant payout. Your money will be refunded (allow 30 days) if you are granted a refund. Your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment. We can't refund any monthly subscriptions or Ad Packages due to the nature of these products. Digital downloads can't be sent back. This is in line with PayPal's Terms and conditions. Open up a PayPal Dispute will not necessary solve your refund request. Always contact Our Support, explain the situation to us First. That will be the fastest and best way to solve a refund request. By joining and paying for any paid portion of The Lead Magnet, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

SPAM
The Lead Magnet has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include The Lead Magnet's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for The Lead Magnet in emails.To falsify user information provided to The Lead Magnet or to other users of the service in connection with The Lead Magnet, or any of it's other sites. To use the The Lead Magnet name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.

The Lead Magnet considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by The Lead Magnetterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit The Lead Magnet actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

The Lead Magnet reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may seem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, The Lead Magnet reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time. We will inform members when we do any mayor changes
